Help us investigate

• Include your platform, device model, operating system and game version.
• Describe when the issue occurred, the steps you took and any error message.
• If we need to locate your account, include your player ID or account email address.
• Hide personal information in screenshots. Never send passwords, verification codes or full payment card details.

Connection or launch problems

Check your internet connection, close and reopen the game, and check the store for an update. If the issue continues, email us with your device and version details.

Do not clear app data or uninstall the game before making sure your progress is saved to your account.

Account access and progress

Make sure you are using the correct account and your previous sign-in method. If you cannot sign in, send a description of the error. Ownership verification may be needed to protect the account.

Apple purchases

If you made a payment through Apple and would like a refund, submit your request to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. The outcome depends on Apple’s review and your applicable rights.

Manage any Apple subscriptions through Apple. Deleting an account and cancelling a subscription are separate actions. For undelivered game content, you can share the transaction reference; do not send card details.

Player reports and security

To report harassment, cheating, inappropriate content or a security issue, email the relevant player ID, incident time and a short description. Hide unrelated personal information in any screenshots.

Report security vulnerabilities privately to our support address instead of posting them publicly.
