Account and use
Keep account information accurate and protect your sign-in credentials. Do not access another person’s account without permission or impersonate someone else. Report suspicious access to support.
Observe the store’s age rating and the permission requirements where you live. Obtain parent or legal guardian permission where necessary.
Fair play and community rules
- Cheating, bots, unauthorized automation, exploiting vulnerabilities and disrupting the game are prohibited.
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual exploitation, fraud and illegal content are prohibited.
- Do not share another person’s personal information without permission or infringe intellectual property rights.
- Send player reports or appeals to the support address with a brief description of the incident.
Virtual content and purchases
In-game birds, items and progress are digital game content. They do not represent real animals or rights over real-world property. In-game transactions must follow the rules provided within the game.
When paid content or subscriptions are offered, the price, scope and any renewal terms must be shown at purchase. Payments and refunds are subject to the relevant store rules and mandatory consumer rights.
For Apple transactions use reportaproblem.apple.com; manage any subscriptions through Apple.
Content and license
The game software, visuals, name and other content belong to their respective rights holders. Beyond ordinary use of the service, do not copy, distribute or commercially use them without permission, subject to uses permitted by law.
Unless a valid custom license is separately specified, Apple Standard EULA governs the license for an app obtained from Apple’s store. This page is not presented as a custom Apple EULA.
Service changes and account actions
Maintenance, updates and technical issues can affect availability. Game balance and features may change over time. These terms do not guarantee uninterrupted service or any particular game outcome.
Rule violations may lead to account or content restrictions proportionate to the violation. Send appeals to the support address. These provisions do not remove mandatory consumer rights.
