This policy covers the Pigeon Online World game, pigeononlineworld.com, and support communications. “We” refers to the Pigeon Online World team.

Information and its sources
- Email address: the address you provide when creating an account or contacting support.
- IP address and connection information: technical information transmitted when you connect to the online service.
- Device information: device and software information relevant to operation and compatibility.
- Information you generate through the service: game progress, game records associated with your account, and explanations or attachments you voluntarily send to support.
Purposes of processing
Information is processed to operate accounts and the online game, associate progress with an account, investigate technical issues, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.
The applicable legal basis depends on the purpose and governing law: performance of the service contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests in necessary and proportionate security activities, or consent where required. Optional processing that requires consent must have a separate choice; reading this policy does not itself give consent.
Service providers and sharing
The website uses Cloudflare Pages for hosting. When you visit, Cloudflare may process your IP address and technical request information to deliver pages and protect its infrastructure. Email messages travel through the email infrastructure used for correspondence.
Access through game server, hosting and email services should be limited to what is necessary to provide the relevant service. Legally required disclosures may be considered separately. Processing may cross borders depending on provider locations; safeguards required by applicable law must be in place.
The game currently does not use Firebase or Unity Analytics. If new analytics, advertising or other data-processing services are introduced, this policy and the relevant permissions must be updated for that use.
Website storage and external links
The website uses a local storage entry named pigeon-language to remember the code of the language you selected from the available languages. You can remove it by clearing this website’s data in your browser.
The website files do not include analytics cookies, advertising pixels or third-party tracking scripts. Hosting security processing is separate from this website code. When you follow Steam or social media links, the destination service’s own privacy policy applies.
Retention and deletion
Retention depends on the purpose: account and game records should be limited to the period necessary to operate the account, technical records to security and troubleshooting needs, and support messages to handling the request. Records required for a legal obligation or dispute must be limited to the relevant reason and period.
You can delete your account using the in-game account deletion feature. Deletion should remove the account and its associated personal data, except records that must legally be retained. Contact us for details about processing time, the backup deletion schedule or a particular record.

Your rights and choices
Depending on the law where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and, where applicable, data portability. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Send requests to info@pigeononlineworld.com. To protect your account, information sufficient to verify that the request is yours may be needed. Do not send passwords or one-time login codes. You may contact the competent data protection authority where your applicable rights provide for this.
Children and younger players
Before downloading, check the store’s age rating and the age or parental permission rules that apply where you live. A store age rating does not replace any permission required to process personal information.
Parents or guardians with a concern about a child’s information can contact info@pigeononlineworld.com. Please avoid sending unnecessary identity documents or sensitive information.
Security and policy updates
Protect your account credentials and do not share access codes. No online service can guarantee absolute security; report suspicious access to our support address.
Updates to this policy are published here with a revised date. Where a new processing purpose requires a separate notice or permission, that process must take place before the processing begins.
